Anirudh Baheti is a serial entrepreneur with a focus on building organizations that excel at healthcare products, services and technology innovation. His first startup, Focus Infomatics Inc., became the industry leader in medical transcription services, and was acquired by Nuance Communications [NASDAQ: NUAN] in 2007.He then founded Focus Eduvation, an online learning company that provides tutoring services to K-12 students, and other educational services to institutions across the country.

Daya Shankar has nearly 20 years of experience as a startup and large enterprise executive. Prior to co-founding ScribeEMR, he was senior product manager of Nuance Communications. As the director of operations at Focus Infomatics Inc., he led the startup’s complex, successful acquisition by Nuance Communications. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Bangalore University.

Terry Ciesla has served in various senior management positions for several healthcare service and IT vendors, most recently guiding the successful startup of a company that delivered cognitive computing and analytics software to hospitals and physician practices. He has served as the director for implementation services at MedQuist, Inc., and assistant director of patient services for the University of South Florida Physicians Group, where he directed a team of more than 35 nurses.

Terry proudly served as a healthcare administrator in the US Navy for 20 years. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Healthcare Administration from National Louis University.

Paul Ferrazza is an accomplished healthcare executive with more than 15 years of experience in revenue cycle management and coding business development. As the vice president of Coding Business Development at CodeEMR, he is responsible for strategic initiatives that drive growth and innovation in coding services.

Paul has a strong track record of building and leading high-performance teams that deliver exceptional results. He has worked with health systems, ambulatory, primary care, and federally qualified health centers (FQHCs), to reenergize operations with software and service offerings that improve quality, comply with changing regulations, and achieve optimal, long term financial success.

Michelle Anderson brings 20 years of experience to her role as Implementation Manager at CodeEMR, where she provides education, training and compliance guidance to maximize value in each healthcare setting. She is an expert in medical coding and compliance, coding management, regulatory compliance, and healthcare operations, specializing in Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) and Community Health Centers. She holds multiple certifications, including AAPC Certified Professional Coder (CPC), Certified AI Medical Coder, Certified Risk Adjustment Coder (CRC), Certified Professional Medical Auditor (CPMA), Certified Medical Compliance Officer (CMCO), and Community Health (FQHC) Coding & Billing Specialist (CH-CBS). Michelle received her Associates of Science Degree from the Rhode Island Community College.

TN Raju has more than 30+ years of experience working at the forefront of clinical documentation, medical coding, and human resource services. Under his leadership as vice president, Nuance Transcription Services doubled its transcription business. He also served as vice president of operations at Auxo Technology Labs, a successful startup that developed innovative documentation solutions and services for major hospitals across the country.

He is a certified medical transcriptionist, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Physics and Chemistry from the National College, Basavanagudi, in India.

Afshan heads the Coding Operations, Quality and Training department while playing a pivotal role in onboarding customers. She is responsible for running strategic initiatives related to recruitment, training, mentoring, career growth, and workforce retention.

Prior to CodeEMR, Afshan was part of the India leadership team at Omega Healthcare and LogixHealth, where she executed the planning, transition, and implementation of multi-specialty projects across locations. During her tenure, she also led workforce planning, recruitment, training, and retention initiatives.

Afshan has a Master’s Degree in Science from Bangalore University and is a certified outpatient coder from the American Academy of Professional Coders.

Renugopal Chinnadurai is a seasoned healthcare leader with over 18 years of experience in medical coding, revenue cycle operations, and quality management. As General Manager of ScribeEMR’s Coding Division, he oversees strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, coding accuracy, and client satisfaction across multiple specialties.

Throughout his career, Renugopal has successfully led large, multi-specialty coding teams, implemented robust quality frameworks, and managed complex process transitions that elevated service delivery and compliance.

A CPC-certified professional with in-depth expertise in ICD-10-CM, he excels in scaling operations, streamlining workflows, and building high-performing teams. Renugopal brings a data-driven, client-centric approach to advancing coding excellence and supporting long-term business growth.

Pradeep Joseph is a seasoned professional with over 16 years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management. Throughout his career, he has developed extensive expertise in optimizing billing processes, managing claims, ensuring compliance, and enhancing cash flow for healthcare organizations.

His comprehensive understanding of the entire revenue cycle-from patient registration through final payment-has consistently enabled him to drive efficiencies and support the financial health of the organizations he has worked with. He is highly skilled at tackling complex challenges and is dedicated to contributing to the success of any clients
